Celebrating those who make it happen
As everyone knows, 2020 was an awful year. It wasn’t easy on anyone, and the “Difference Makers” event was put on hold. As the virus wained in 2021, Damar contacted us again to help create the “Difference Maker” videos to ensure their incredible employees, families, and partners were celebrated for the work and difference they made after a rough previous year.
This year, we had the opportunity to tell 4 different stories — an employee, a business, a family, and also a beloved employee who had recently passed away.
The challenge
The challenge of these videos is always time and what we can and can’t shoot. Damar works with a variety of clients who we aren’t allowed to photograph in anyway. These stories are about employees as well, so we have to move quickly to ensure we don’t interrupt operations. Obviously, these things aren’t insurmountable, but they do present some challenges for production.
